Project Overview

Awakening Education required a high-converting, user-friendly website. Their previous site struggled with payment issues, a confusing course structure, an outdated user interface, and low conversions. We redesigned the entire experience in Figma and rebuilt the website in WordPress, focusing on speed, clarity, trust, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). he deliverables included comprehensive UX/UI design, CRO implementation, full WordPress development, and fixes to all payment flow issues, ensuring a smooth and reliable user experience.

The Challenge

The main challenges were frequent payment failures causing checkout drop-offs, a confusing course structure that blocked users from easily finding programs, an outdated UI that lowered trust, and slow-loading pages that hurt conversions.

Our Approach

We conducted a full UX audit and restructured the entire user journey. All payment flow issues were resolved to ensure smooth transactions, while the interface was redesigned to be modern, calm, and trustworthy. Clear, guided funnels were created to improve conversion rates, and the website was rebuilt on a refined, optimized WordPress setup to enhance speed and usability.

Before the redesign, transactions frequently failed, conversions were low, the UI appeared outdated, pages loaded slowly, and navigation was confusing. After our work, users now enjoy smooth, reliable checkout, high-intent guided funnels, a premium and trustworthy interface, optimized fast-loading pages, and an intuitive, clearly organized course hierarchy.

Results

The redesign resulted in a faster and smoother user experience, higher checkout success rates, easier course discovery, stronger brand trust, and full responsiveness across all devices.
